Cemetery Photography

Cemetery Photography

By Valerie Mercer

I love visiting cemeteries, especially ones that have old graves that have long been 'abandoned' for lack of a better word.
These photos were taken on the 14th of March 2013 at a cemetery that I was visiting for the first time in a town about 30 minutes' drive away from my house. There is a mix of old and not-so-old graves there, but I focused on the old ones because I find they have so much charm to them, even in their unkempt states.
I hope you enjoy these images.

The following photos are photos of children's graves and one can't help but get a little choked up when looking at them.
